Double, I have no real slam ambition with this hand. If I lead, it will be a ♣ I think, but I'm already aftraid of a double squeeze. Perhaps it's better to lead ♠A...

Do I know the opponents, or is this some random pair?
I'd still be thinking about what to bid, nevermind what to lead! OK. I double, I admit it. I'd also lead the ♥10 (if partner had a 9-card ♥ suit and only bid 1♥, I would expect him to pull the double).
Freak hands (assuming the 6♣ bidder is not insane) are terribly difficult (which you already know) -- which is why my gut instinct was to bid 6♥ (then I wouldn't be on lead, which I'm terrible at).

Well "Yes" to both questions. I bid 6C. If it helps - many times international representative at the next table made the same bid.

First, is pass forcing? I play it is on this auction, but not a lot of people do. So a pass here to invite 6 of something sound at least reasonable, although I guess I really am a tad bid too weak to invite slam. So assume I double or if I pass and partner doubles back Either way we defend.
So what do I lead? I lead a trump.

Very unlucky as you would expect the D hook to be right. Mind you, you need an entry....
Unt devotees should not that if 6D makes, so does 6C. Why give them extra information?

X, I think I have a ♦ trick. So either lead Ace of♠ or !) of ♥, either one has something to be said for. But I don't like leading unbid and unsupported Aces, so I will go with old rule, lead pd's suit if nothing better.
