Help
When host chooses to decide opponents biddding, is it possible to see E/W hands to make the correct bid?
I try to practice bidding with my pd but I don't manage to see opps hands and so it is difficult to make the right bid.
Can you help?

No, you cannot see the opponents hands if you are one of the seated players. This is explained in the Online Help.
Fred made the suggestion (also documented in the Online Help) that the best way to handle this is to enlist a mentor or other 3rd party who will host the Partnership Bidding table, but not sit. This person, the non-playing host, will be able to see all four hands and make informed bids for the opponents.
By the way, I suspect it would be better practice that way any case. Trying to bid normally with full knowledge of the entire deal can be difficult (at least I find it very taxing when hosting a teaching table).

Is it possible to have opponents bid in the practice bidding room? I find it is generally easy to bid in an uncompetitive auction, but the problems come in over interference. So far, they've only passed out

Yes, it is possible to have the "opponents" bid during your bidding practice.

You will have to click your way through the helpfile until you get the help on the opponents bidding. To do so, click the "explore bridge button" on the help screen (just like in the BBO software), then click "partnership bidding room" (again just like in the software), then click "start new table". Once you do that, on the right hand side, you will see "opponent's bidding," click that...
To do it... in real life, from bidding table, click on "TABLE" button. Then on large "opponent's bidding button"
There are three options,
1) Opponents pass through out (the default)
2) Controlled by host (what was discussed above with helpful kibitzer)
3) Programmed... where you can allow the program to bid within some guidelines you select... See the excellent help for how this works.
