I'm a bit confused. Why couldn't I bid 2♠ last round?
But given I didn't bid last round, I'm certainly not bidding now regardless. It's 2♠ or Bust for me.
Edit: Missed partner's double. I'm bidding 4♠ over that of course.

4♠. Partner could even be 6034, as an extreme example. Honestly I wouldn't even think about passing at the table.

You have to show undisclosed support, especially when it's a 4-card suit and you have no defense.
