If this includes puppet stayman transfers and bids to show one or two minors, fine.

To make the best out of it, play normal stayman and transfers...

4C- stayman (4D- both majors, 4NT neither)
4D/4H- transfer
4S- both minors
4NT- quantitative
5C- super gerber
Undiscussed, I would assume 4S was also a transfer

4♦ = Transfer to 4♥, responder then passes or places the final contract or bids 4NT which asks opener to choose between the minors
4♥ = 5+♥, forcing (4NT by opener is natural)
4♠ = 5+♠, forcing (4NT by opener is natural)
4NT = Invitational to 6NT
5♣ = Natural, invitational to 6♣
5♦ = Natural, invitational to 6♦

Why do you find the system that bad?
btw: We play 2♣ opener weak with ♣'s (5c♣ and 4cM or 6c♣) and that opening happens a lot and is effective.

4♣: Baron, both bid 4 cards and 4NT is sign off.
4♦ and 4♥ is transfer.
4♠ is both minors, opener bids 4NT without 4c minor.
4NT is quantitative.
(bids at 5 level are undefined. suggestions welcome

In Leuven they play this 2♣ opener a lot, but I have no idea why. They never got a good score against me after opening one of these...

perhaps because they believe that you should be able to exchange useful information below 3N on a potential slam hand.

Kokish [2C-2D-2H=primary hearts or balanced GF] is miles above a natural 3N opening or rebid.
