I'll plan on losing a diamond and a spade. And a club if the queen is offside. I discard a spade on the lead. If trumps are 3-2 I see no problem. If not, I'll need the club finesse or the spade ace onside. Trumps 5-0 might be troublesome, but not hopeless.

You can cope a singleton 8 or 10 of trumps in East, even with both black suit honours offside, unless clubs are 4-1 as well.

If East returns a diamond a trick 2 and trumps are 4-1, you ruff in dummy, draw trumps and run ♣8. If that loses, you still have communication in clubs for cashing ♦K.

It's better for East to return his singleton trump, but if it's the 8 or 10 there are sufficient entries to ruff a diamond yourself before drawing trumps.

I think you need to pitch off dummy at T1. This hand just gets too tangled if you ruff and have to waste a trump entry to lead a spade up.
