I win in hand and run Q.

If Q loses and they play back a trump, I win in dummy and ruff a diamond with a spade honour. Then, if diamonds were 4-2, I set them up with another ruff, using A and a heart ruff as entries for setting up the diamonds and drawing trumps. I go down if spades are 4-1 and diamonds 4-2.

If Q loses and they play back a heart, I do the same thing, using J as one of my entries.

If Q holds, I ruff a diamond (high, unless East discards) then, if necessary, play a heart to the ace and ruff another diamond. Then I take another spade finesse, catering for Kxxx onside but losing if East has ducked from Kx xxx(x) QJxx xxx(x).
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn
