Your 1NT bid showed 9-11 by agreement.
What hand can partner have for the 3 bid and what do you bid now?

I'd 3N. I'd guess he has a max with long diamonds.

3, I have a good holding in that suit and just one club stopper. Why would I tell the same story twice? I'm not even worried about what partner has, he already heard 1NT so if 3NT is where we belong he won't go by it.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.

I would bid 3 NT.

1. In some styles 1 NT without a stopper is not impossible.
2. My values are nice placed, I have some fillers for the long diamonds and I have a sure stop in clubs, even if opener can reach his pd in another suit.
Kind Regards

Roland
