Does anyone know if the System File commissioned in 1993 by the Educational Trust for British Bridge is being used by young, national players as a starting point for discussing and defining agreements?

It looks like a very thoughtful and practical guideline for consideration by advancing intermediate players.

As a recent England U25 I can tell you I've never seen it before, and I doubt anyone else has in the last ten years. Also, hardly any of the juniors play Acol these days in their regular partnerships.

I used it as a basis for the notes for one partnership, one of the other juniors was asking me where he could find it recently.
