I cant bring myself to pass,
but I think 3S is too much, at least at this colors,
and you are in first position.
With kind regards

No outside voids, 4-card majors, no Aces, great!
I don't have any quarrel with pass either.

However, under the stated conditions, you might have license to try a Youth 3♠ opening.
I dislike a 2♠ opening. To me, a vulnerable 2♠ does not show a 3♠ bid that is not good enough to open 3♠, it shows a different hand type, and (almost) never has a 7 card suit.

I wonder if it makes sense to agree with p that 2♠ on this hand is ok and he should not bid 3N relying on a decent suit, but bid 2N which allows me to pull 3N. Then if he bids 3N directly I can pass in confidence since I know he either has AKx of spades or he doesn't need spades for 3N.
Just a random thought.

There is this convention called Ogust...

Hmmm ... I was about to say that even if I said "bad suit, minimum" p might be disappointed with this hand. Maybe KQxxxx is the maximum of a "bad" suit at these colors, then p might go for 3N holding ♠AJx without using Ogust. Maybe this is too far-fetched. After all, the 7th spade could be useful in notrump also, for example if p has ♠Kxx and the side suits double guarded.
