2 is not all that bad if you don't have any agreements - it's a forcing bid and partner doesn't have a 4cM anyway.

But if you trust pard, you have to pass 5. He refused to show any cooperation whatsoever.
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

#1 2S is fine if playing no special convention,
... the alternative would be 2D, if you happen to
play it, this convention is called 3rd suit forcing
#2 I prefer 3C instead of 3S, North has a 6 carder
#3 I dont think, South should raise 5C to 6C, 4C was
already forward going, and North did not show
any additional values

South (you) bid perfectly until your final club bid. Your final bid was very very wrong because:

1) Not only did partner not cuebid diamonds, he also didn't bid NT. You know his 3S is based on only 3 since he didn't bid 1S over 1H, so he's really telling you he has no stopper with this bid (else he would bid 2N). Then over 4C he didnt bid 4D so he was screaming "I don't have diamonds controlled!"

2) Even if partner has a diamond control, how do you think you can make 6C? You need at a minimum 3 aces, and there is no way partner could bid this way with 3 aces (failing to cooperate ever).
