More Options for Kibitzing Existing kibitzing options are not suff.

I would like to have the following kibitzing options in addition to the existing ones:

* Kibitz NS
* Kibitz EW
* or... let freely select 1 to 4 players to kibitz
* KIBITZ Declearer+Dummy (this is i'd like to have most)
* KIBITZ Defence-Leader + Dummy
* KIBITZ Defence-3rdPlayer + Dummy
