Favorable Vulnerability Madness

2) MPs, White against Red
3) At Favorable MPs, if the opponents reach 6S and partner doesn't double for a club lead, would you bid 7H?
Partner's preempts are juniorish.
♠6 ♥T854 ♦T8 ♣QT8643
Partner opens 3♥ in first seat and it proceeds
3♥-3♠-?
I don't think this is the time to fool around with some number of notrump (5NT would be kind of funny), but feel free to post if you think that is right.

4NT RKCB also takes their blackwood away, and perhaps you might even learn how many keycards for ♥ partner has, not that anyone will be better off for knowing that.
(Edit) Missed question 3:
No, I don't save.
The standard advice is don't save against a slam unless you expect to get out for less than game. Not sure that would happen here, but I prefer to save against a slam even more rarely anyway.
Here you have forced them to guess, perhaps 6♠ is their best contract, but perhaps 6♠ is off an Ace and partner's Qxx trump, perhaps there are 17 tricks in 7NT. Who knows, but I pass out 6♠.

I'd suggest bidding some number of clubs, hoping to consult partner about how high to sacrifice. How about 5♣, planning to pull to 5♥ if doubled?

(3) Yes, since it is favorable MPs. We might push em to a making grand though...

I'll try a subtle 6♥.

how good are your opponents?
Besides bidding some numbers of hearts and NT,
you could also bid some numbers of clubs.
I guess, I would try 4H.
The trouble with 5H is, that this tells them that
we are both weak, in which case you may as
well bid 6H at once.
With kind regards

The two thing i dont like is useless preempt like 4H or taking another bid after you make the opponents guess.
For instance, he doesn't like being used as a human shield when we're being shot at.
I happen to think it's a very noble way to meet one's maker, especially for a guy like him.
Bottom line is we never let that difference of opinion interfere with anything."

I've had a major success with this sort of bid before... except that I held an outside Ace and I knew I could set 7.
I'd just settle for 6♥ here.
If they bid 6♠ I'll bid 7♥.
