Lead is 5 of ♥

Bidding goes from S:1♠-2♦-2♥-3♠-4♠

If this is supposed to be a beginner problem then I don't see it. It seems quite hard in fact. I would win in dummy and take the spade hook.
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.

Looks like win the first heart in in hand (winning the finesse if necessary), heart to dummy, spade jack around, finessing the ten the next time if necessary. Got to keep RHO off lead.

How would you take the hook?

Edit: As to why I posted this here, was because I made a mistake in the play and realised it almost immediately. I guess I probably underestimated the difficulty.

At the table I played the J♠ after winning first trick in dummy. LHO now plonks down the K.
