Are you really saying that you think 4H would promise a heart control? With a simple overcall facing a passed hand, it seems quite unlikely that you'd want to make a slam try. Surely the possible meanings for 4H are "choice of games" and "high card raise to 4S"?

Mind you, I wouldn't bid 4H even if it showed a good raise - over 4S, they're unlikely to save; over 4H it's just possible that responder will double and opener will then save,

4♠. You can pretty much count 10 or 11 tricks in spades. On the odd occasion where 4♠ goes down, they probably have game in hearts.
