I would pass. I've more or less shown my hand, I have 3 decent hearts and I need a pretty good reason to bid 4m over 3M at IMPs.
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.

4♣. My 5th club could more or less be the difference between making a lot or not that much (see above example.)
