I bid 3NT in the other part 1 so I might as well do it here as well. They look similar.
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.

3NT. Can't bypass the most likely game (by bidding 4♣). Double seems very odd to me, and I can't contemplate passing here.
