I'd open the hand Fluffy gave but not the hand Matmat gave.

As for Arclight's question, it seems to me that 1C followed by 1NT is a better discription of my hand than rebidding 2C. I also have some positional values in spades and diamonds that me want to declare even more than usually.
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.

I agree it's a terrible hand. Still a clear opening for me though. :P
