If I have read (and remember) their book correctly, Robson and Segal recommend fit jumps here, so maybe 3♥?

A fit jump for a minor shows a good 5 card major and the appropriate cards in the minor (probably assuming 4 cards for a minor suit opening, even if 3+). So a 3♥ is pretty off.
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

A fit jump on T8xx - I hope you're joking.
♥KQTxx and appropriate ♣ lenght (depending on opening style) would be more like it.
