Well, I'd start with clearing the spades and playing 3 rounds of hearts. Weak opponents might shift to a club. Better opponents might still give me more information about the club layout.
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.

Pretty straight forward. Draw trump, trump the spade, cash ♥AK, ♣K and finesse club. Makes when East has ♣Q or West is 7222
