Make sure you have the latest Flash Player installed. It's built into Chrome, so make sure you're running the latest version, 56.0.2924.87.

I get to the Flash login screen, click login, it goes away for a long time, then comes back and says "Connection Lost".
Tried IE, Chrome, Opera.
I can login to BBO to get hand records, but not through the Flash application.

Thanks, but what do you mean, where is my browser actually looking and where should it be looking instead?
I've cleared both the browser cache and the Flash plugin cache, still same problem.
Is there an alternative way to access the page?

Does this happen when you visit www.bridgebase.com and click Login/Register ? We had some problems with people using strange links like bridgebaseonline or old desktop shortcuts, but even those should work now.

Until this week, it would go to a URL with a specific version, like /client/client_v48v/bbo.php. You didn't see this because it was hidden in an iframe in side the /client/client.php page.
We redesigned to get rid of the iframe, but to avoid exposing the version, it now redirects to a generic URL /client/current_version/bbo.php. current_version is a symbolic link on the server that we can change to point to the latest version.
What I saw in our logs when you tried to use the client is that you were trying to load the Flash file from /BBOMainLine.swf, but it should be going to /client/current_client/BBOMainLine.swf. I don't know where you're getting that incorrect URL from.

or this one -- this is just an ordinary web page with a link to the above page.
Because the error I see in the log shows you failing to load the file that contains the first one, so I don't see how you could be clicking on that login button.
