Sure.
"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."

yes: look up this sequence in any text and then look at any example hand that may be shown, and my guess is it looks a lot like this one. Easy decision.
Partner will often pass... if he bids, he'll have a long suit (with a 2-suiter, he bids 4N) and we either have a shot at making or it may be a good save (especially if his suit is ♦s). Or it may be a poor result. I think there are more ways to win than to lose.

I just want to note that this is a good example hand of a hand that doubles twice, rather than, as some people play it, a hand that is more defensive in nature. (Has anyone heard where the first double is takeout, but suddenly the second double is penalty? The second double is just a better takeout.)

Obvious double. If partner passes, fine. If partner bids a suit, fine. If partner bids 4NT (=2-suiter), fine. Wtp?

Yes.
Is the word "pass" not in your vocabulary?

Agree, but what is your minimum for doubling again?
I think x A10xx AK10x A109x is good enough (my minimum)
but x A10xx AQ10x A109x is not
