...I didn't follow a popular route on this hand. Hope you can still see something in my bids, so you still have an opinion for part 3.
LHO is a beginner and did double your 3♣ very convincing. Clearly penalty.
Pass or 3♠?

It looks like you hit a real misfit, partner holding 10+ red cards and you 11 black. Pass. On a lucky day opener won't double this (I don't really think that will happen, I must admit).

The best bid here was DBL after 2♥. partner has ♥AKQJT and 2♥ DBLed goes -2.
You want to know the worst line?:
(1♥)-P-(2♥)-P
(P)-3♣-(DBL)-3♦
(P)-3♠-(DBL)-3NT
(DBL)-4♣-(DBL)-p
(P)-4♦-(DBL)-All pass
Not sure which of these DBL's were from E or W. Anyway 4♦ DBL'ed -2 or -3 for a zero.
