Uh....if the opponents revoke, or get lost on the way to the game, it could win. Otherwise there is no realistic way for 1NT to win.

Ok, this discusion is ridicoulous but fun :(, just give you 1 example: 1NT lets you play in clubs while 2♠ and 2♦ don't
