2D, regardless you use reverse drury or not.

Hard to answer unless you post your opening style. I assume the 2C is natural else you would have said otherwise. Odds are probably in favour of passing, as pd figures to have a good 5/6 card C suit in an unbalanced hand, (no 1NT), and less than 3S. Can't bid 2D of course as I don't have a D suit and don't want to play in a 3-3 fit if pd has a 1336 or 1435 shape.

I am an Intermediate.

If 2C is not Drury, it could even be showing 10-11 HCP. In that case passing would not be correct? And is it OK to leave partner in 2C?

You have a max of 25hcp, you have no primary fit and you have no pips to speak of. Your C fit will be at least 5-2 and may well be better.
