We play 2/1, I bid 4 at the table, but i thought it's an underbid, what do you think if i bid 5 instead?

Sounds like the hands fit poorly. With Hx of spades partner would have given you 3S over 3H, so I think you did fine.

I hardly think its an underbid. I would think this is a real misfit.

Seems the best you can hope for is Ax of hearts, a stiff spade and the AD. The stiff KS would be nice too.

I think youve described this hand well and pard should realize the value of major suit honors.

I might have bid it differently in the beginning, but, as it went, South turned out to have described his hand quite adequately and shouldn't feel any remorse :)

Hi,

you have told partner, that you are 6-5
in the mayors with an opening hand,
and a spade suit, which wants to play
4S opposite a singleton / void.

Does the above match your hand?

If yes, the bidding was perfect.

With kind regards
Marlowe
