Just to clarify this comment.. Don (Double !) is more than welcome in any tournament - its the ! in his name that causes the problems, not him :angry:

What about one next sunday morning (Greenich time)? That will be convenient for Asians and Australians, and for Californian night hawks. Those at the North American East cost will have to suffer.
