Money Bridge bug "permission request timed out"

About 15 seconds after receiving the above message, I was sucked into the table.

It is possible for this to happen if you ask, table host fails to respond , you are eventually "released" to move on. This is a bug and I'll take a look at it.

You can also be 'sucked into' a game if you click cancel during the waiting for permission dialogue box.
