Well, I don't agree. You completely ignored another 5-card suit. How about direct 3D or dbl and then 3D? Actually I like 4NT a lot.

dbl, then bid 3N. Probably this should imply not so good spade stopper and minor suits. You dont need to worry too much about pd bidding 4H if playing lebensohl.
2nd choice is 3N.
3C is wrong in suit strength, shape and HCP.

i have a feeling i'd like to be in 2SX on this hand, but i don't see a way to get there. I think i blast 3n and pray.

I think it's a difficult problem. I'm torn between 3NT and 4NT. I think i'll go with the latter.

4N is far too much. Give pd average 7HCP, I dont think you can make 4NT. Slam is very unlikely with this hand. I would never worry about it.

Close decision between dbl and 3NT.
Playing LEB I´d prefer dbl (and than accept 4♥), because it lets more ways open..

DBL is out for me so the choice is between 3S,3NT,Pass . I do not have the guts for pass although i feel it's probably the winning call so 3S (minors). 3NT at pairs but can be teribly wrong at IMPs

Close between 4NT and 3NT. 5m is more likely to make but is also more likely to be a doubled disaster. I would bid 4NT anyway.
