Include players by host language

Hi,

I would like to organise tournament for Croatians, Bosnians and Serbs. We all speak similar language, and
I dont know if they all can attend tournament if I put restriction 'include players by host language'. can't seem
to find that information anywhere so I need your help. If that doesn't work, how can I create tournament for just
few nations?
