Reservation disappearing

When a player reboots (loses connectivity), his/her reservation disappeares -- sometimes.

I believe that the way it works is:

- a reservation is cleared when a player sits down in a seat

- a reservation is made when a seated player loses connectivity (logging off does not count - it has to be a dropped connection )
