Players who I have added to my enemy list are able to register for my tournaments.
If I use an ‘exclude’ list I am going to run into these same problems. Some TD's are now sharing ban lists, this is a wasted effort if there is a limit to the number of players we can exclude. We cannot remove someone who is already registered and replacing a player in a pairs tournament once it has started is unsatisfactory.
Is there anything we can do or BBO can provide to prevent disruptive players from entering tournaments.

Players who are subbed out of the tournament can register back on the sub list. I didn’t think this was possible, is this new feature or bug?

On a happy note I am finding running tournaments with players who have language = English (or can chat to me in English) is more pleasant for everyone and significantly less problems for me.
