I am not delighted that I have 3S here, but I will offer a dble. As I am under the H bidder I do not think this should be pure penalty but announce the hand belongs to us. If partner bids a minor I can get back to S. My feelings are my LHO may have only 1S to step into this auction and does not have 6H. I will be happy if partner passes as I should collect at least 200 maybe more.

Well, since I was going to rebid 3S anyway, that is what I do now.

Agree. However, I would've started with 2♠ instead of 1NT. The hand should be downgraded to constructive support imo.

Double for me would be takeout, not cooperative, so thats out. I was planning on a limit raise with this drek (I guess), but the opps have given me a way out.
I'll try 2♠ and apologize if its wrong.

Either double or bid 3S, I would
go with 3S.
With kind regards

I will try 2NT. This gives us a chance of getting to both 4S and 3NT.
I don't mind the initial limit raise, although we have 4333 shape and a Qxx I like the two aces and the AJT combination.
