While partner did bid 4H I think I have the sort of hand they should expect me to hold to suggest a 3 level contract. In other words I do not feel I have any extras here. 2S bid was forcing and partner was not able to bid 2H. While not bidding 2H could be his suit was too weak, it also is suggestive that he didn't have a good reason to bid and may not have a great hand. maybe 10 red cards. like 6-4, but I feel bidding is removing partners options. Lets face it, he knew they were bidding 4S over 4H, I would feel horrible if 4S was going down and 5H fails 1 or maybe 2 tricks. I don't think it is my decision to bid 5H, I have what partner should expect me to have and think they are able to make the best decision.

I don't agree with the double, but its OK, but 2N is more descriptive.

I pass over 4S. I don't know who can make but maybe pard does.

I was thinking that this afternoon.
They only disadvantage is that partner can not pass for penalties, but given the hand that is rather another advantage.
Rem: this is pickup partnership, but still 2NT should be clear here.

I actually play this double shows responder's suit by an unpassed hand (psych now punks). That may not make sense by a passed hand though.

This is an obvious pass. You have exactly what partner thinks you will have (or should he expect you to jump right in when 4-4 at the three level vul??)

Playing junky openers easy 1H opener, pard will expect this.
This is why 2/1=14+ in this style.

Apparently pard took your dbl for a 44. Since you have a 55 and a bucketload of offense, you could try 5♥ on your own

A 2 ♥ Muildenberg opening or a 2 NT after 2 ♠ nstead of X had shown your hand and had make it much easier for you to pass later and for pd to bid 5 ♥ now.

But even after the beginning X your pass after 4 ♠ is 100% clear cut and his pass, with shortness in spade, extra length in Heart is more often wrong then right.
