2♦: Transfer, 5+♥. What now?

What I play with Richard (I think) is following:
2♣ = GF any
2♦♥♠ = canapé transfer ♥♠♣
2NT = (21)22-23 or something like that
3♣ = canapé transfer ♦

Canapé transfers mean you transfer your shortest suit, and bid your longest suit afterwards. These can also be used to signoff ((5)6+ card without sidesuit). These however seldom come up...
