What I play with Richard (I think) is following:
2 = GF any
2 = canapé transfer
2NT = (21)22-23 or something like that
3 = canapé transfer

Canapé transfers mean you transfer your shortest suit, and bid your longest suit afterwards. These can also be used to signoff ((5)6+ card without sidesuit). These however seldom come up...
