Josh passed which I agree with 100 % (and that is also our style) and I opened 1H in third seat which to me is "normal" though has almost nothing going for it in a bidding contest. If I opened in third seat with a 4333 12 count it would not be my Jxx suit.

Anyways, Josh bid drury and gave up over my 2H rebid (no game interest).

1♦ = artificial promising a 4cM
1NT = 11-15 balanced with 4♠
2♣ = art checkback
2♥ = minimum w/ 3♥

I think we'd bid: Pass - 1♥ - 1N - all pass. I can see a drury call too, but that south hand looks awfully notrumpy to me; esp. at MPs.
