Obviously my 2♠ should be balancing overcall,but GIB directly raise to game,I have to say this is a ridiculous raise,what else?

Well, 2♠ is kind of ridiculous also, why not double at your first or 2nd turn if you want to do something, aren't you reasonably OK with playing in hearts?

Also, not technically a "balancing overcall" as you aren't in balancing position. 4♠ is too much, maybe it has some code making it always raise to 4 on 10 cd fit, it shouldn't given your failure to overcall first time which should probably put some upper limit on the 2♠ call.
