The description of the 3♥ bid says that West holds 14+ cards.
Is the 2NT bid really natural? I would think it would be asking West to name his minor.

i think 2nt after 2s is to ask pd's minor.(I am not sure!) 2nt after X is to play i think. as west has a void, he won't let his pd play NT... In general, robot doesn't allow his pd to play NT when he has a single or void unless it is the last train.

And North's 2♠ is a bit of underbidding- I easily count at least 9 TPs.

GIB counts only 8TP as doesn't add TP in ♦.
