Interesting question, but where are all the ♠?

Partner bid 5♣ voluntarily over 4♥ so he must surely have some values (probably a ♥ void as well). Both sides appear to have a huge trump fit and shortage in the opponent’s suit, probably intending to cross-ruff the hand out. The ♦ suit is just too anaemic to risk 6♣. If partners HCP is something like ♣KJ and ♠KQJ you still have a potential problem with the ♦ suit. I would pass.

At MPs, any plus score is obviously better than a minus score.

the original "eccentric" x has paid off lets not waste it
your hand is a ton more interesting than if you had a
normal tox but it is also somewhat weaker. An x here
warns p that you do not have a desire to bid higher and
that is what I suggest. If west had passed over 5c would
you have 6c??? probably not and the 5h bid should not
change that decision it merely gives you another bid to
help limit your hand when it comes back to p. At these
colors x is weaker than pass.

You can't know if 6 ♣ has any play at all. Also, you really can't be sure who is saving and who is sacrificing. So pass the decision back to partner by passing.
