According to the forums help, it may be possible to send a message to several recipients but only if this feature has been actived by the admins. Is it deactivated or am I just too stupid to get it working?

It's enabled. When you're in the Messenger section and click on "Compose New", you should see two fields: "Recipient's Name" and "Other Recipients".

I dunno about anybody else, but I see only one field: "Recipient's Name".

I have tested this with a non-administrator account, and the users here are right. You guys seem to lack the ability to send more than one message at a time. I will poke around in the settings and see if I CAN change this. The assumption is people will not abuse this (but I SEE how this would be useful for bbo league teams etc). i guess when the system was set up, to prevent spamming of members this was not turned on. Should problems crop up because of this new "feature" let me know and we can turn it off again (assuming I can turn it on).

OK, I think I have allowed "full members" to send up to 25 private messages at once. Unfortunately, my test non-adminstrator account is not a full member. Someone let me know if I fixed this for full members.

If I'm a "full member" I still have only one field.
I also tried signing out and back in, still the same.

I tried... maybe one of the other administrators can figure out how to do this. To help them out, under user groups (for full members, advanced members, Fd team), under global commands, under PM, i changed the number of invites from none (meaning 1), to 25. That is the setting on my own user group.

I only checked the Members group yesterday, but Members, Full Members, and Advanced Members all have 25 invitees allowed, just like we do in the Admin group. I've been hunting around in the admin tool, looking for something that might be overriding this, but I haven't found anything yet. I'll ask Invision.

I just looked again, and Advanced Members had invites set to 0 -- I thought I checked it before. I just set it to 25. Try again Jilly and Blackshoe.

I am allowed up to 25 recipients and see the "other recipients" entry line. Thanks!

Edit: Just realized I'm in "Full Members"

Yep, working properly now.

Thanks! Now let's see how quickly I can fill my quota of 200 messages (I do hope we advanced members get more than full members? ;) )
