I've had this problem on my older computer when I was running too many programs. I think it's an error with flash. Can you copy and paste into the chat box?

i do not know i will try but my computer is new mac pro book i do not have problem with old pc one

A few things you can try:
- resize the bbo window. Make it a bit smaller, see if the chat line shows at the bottom and try again
- try another browser (Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari)
- email support@bridgebase.com
