Read the alert text from a screen shot I saved on 12/28, just couple of days before New Years Eve.

I presume the robot South is fessing up that he's been drinking? :D

If only they all confess, e.g. ignored bidding rule- simulations rule! then at least we'd be happy with their honesty.

lol. Good one.

This is one of the new alerts this patch. Bar bid as in partner is not supposed to bid on.

First time I've seen a two-suited bar bid. Fair to assume it would allow partner to correct back to responder's first suit (), rather than bar any further bidding?

No, 1NT denies 4 cards and will rarely have 3. So 3 should have 6 clubs and a signoff (why not say 'signoff'?)
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

It should be extremely unusual, because GIB plays support doubles, so North's 1NT bid should generally be understood to deny three-card heart support.

2 by the robot would be New Minor Forcing, it will use this if it has a stronger hand with +.

Support doubles are irrelevant in this case. 3 is only bid when you have exactly 4 hearts and longer clubs, with or without the interference.

BTW, you really confused me by posting a diagram with South at the top. I thought you were complaining that the robot bid 3 with only 2 clubs. It's easier if you post a link to the hand record rather than screen shots.
