I don't know what 3 should mean, but it shouldn't be "too many cards"...

By the way... 4 instead of 3 meant "5+C; 5+D; 5+H; 25+ total points".

Nice one again.

I find that GIB frequently has only 5-4 for its UNT bids - so perhaps it expects 0-4-5-4 or 0-5-4-5 distribution!

I think it's just coming from default rules that say that new suits are natural, and we don't currently have a more specific rule for this bid to override this meaning.
