I'm not sure if this is a problem or not, but my co-directors cannot make substitutions in tourneys. I can still do it as the host.

Is the green TABLE button, lower left, available to them? What happens when they try to sub ?

Yes, thats correct. They get an error bar saying error no. 54, if my memory serves me correctly.
