You can update your BBO installation at:

www.bridgebase.com/beta372/bbo_update.exe

or reinstall everything (including all the latest files) at:

www.bridgebase.com/beta372/bbo_setup.exe

I suggest you go the upgrade route, but however you choose
to do this, make sure you have exited the BBO program
COMPLETELY before you start the upgrade procedure.

There is only one new feature in 3.7.2 (I think...):

TDs can now specify the starting times of their tournaments
in terms of days, hours, and minutes (instead of just minutes).

The main purpose of 3.7.2 is to fix the bugs that people
found in 3.7.1. Thanks to everyone who helped with this!

Our plan is to start the process by which everyone who logs
in to BBO will automatically download a new version within
the next couple of days. If no problems are found in 3.7.2
then that will be the version that we release.

The reason we are announcing 3.7.2 here and now is that we
hope that some of our more dedicated members (many of whom
also happen to read Forums) will be willing to give 3.7.2 a try
and let us know if they find any problems. This will increase our
chances of getting things right before we inflict 3.7.2 (or whatever)
on the masses.

If you do find a problem you can either post the details here
or send me an e-mail: fred@bridgebase.com

Thanks again to everyone who helps us out by testing our
new versions. Your contributions make it possible for us to
greatly speed up our development cycle and lead to a better
BBO for everyone.

You're welcome, Ben, but it's really Gweny you should thank.

The programming for this took only a few minutes, but it would
not have occurred to me to add this feature except that Gweny
made it clear how important it was.

Updated to 3.7.2 this morning and need to report a strange behavior in the vugraph theatre - when switching to lobby or tables view the background is black (not sure if that is a bug or a feature) and in lobby view if I rest my mouse on a name the pop-up that comes up for that name (so and so is doing such and such) doesn't clear when I move my mouse to the next name. All of the balloon pop-ups stay in the lobby view, one tiled over the other, till I switch views and it is refreshed. As I was typing this I decided to see what would happen at a regular playing table, and the effect there was the same.

I am using Windows XP home edition, and I tried logging out and in again to see if that would solve the issue, it didn't.

Thanks, Julie

Thanks Julie. This is now fixed. So far it is the only real
bug in 3.7.2 that has been found.

Looks like 3.7.3 will be released on Monday when the
vugraph is over.

hi,

Created a teammatch today, good thing that the suggestion for sending out invitations to possible participating players is been added, dont know how long its already in the software , afraid i havent played any TM lately:( But its in there now and so stopp to the major annoiyence to alot of tds that were taken out of thier tourneys to find themselves playing in a TM.

Havent heard a complaint for that some time now so im running late with this i guess, tried to read/find some comment when that change was taken but coudnt find anything on it:(

There are no major new features in 3.7.3. The purpose of
this release was to fix bugs.
