i'm working on responses to saf 1C bid... a lot of it is based on the fact that pretty much all 1C systems are vulnerable to attack by the opps... so i wanted a structure that would at least help some if the interference comes from 4th seat... i figure if it comes from 2nd seat, it's a wash regardless of your original structure...

anyway, if you see glaring holes or have improvements, pls let me know... thanks

1d=0-7 or 8-11 3 suited
1h=8+ balanced (all 5332 here) or 12+ 3 suited
1s=clubs and diamonds or diamonds only.. if 2 suited, either 5/4 or 6/5 (unequal)
