Yes, Playing to pin Jx or Tx is twice as likely as playing for Ax. Additionally, RHO would never duck Ax offside but should ALWAYS duck with AJxx or ATxx so it's really 4 times as likely (Jx or Tx in either hand vs Ax on your left). 3-3 is irrelevant.
