Annoying messages from tourney organizers

I really think we need an option to not receive messages from tourney organizers and all others that can override our chat options when playing in other venues. I realize it can be eliminated if u make the organizer an enemy but i would prefer not to do that....especially since i would have to review all tournament listings to determine who is organizer.
This game never ceases to intrigue me!!

Easy how would an announcement allowing the tourney host to tell the community an event is upcoming, but only allow then to do it a few times?
