Nothing major here, but a few small bugs fixed (including one that was making life difficult for people who TD more than one tourney at a time).

The "big cards" look MUCH nicer now. I think a lot of people will like this option now - please give it a try! Note that this option is only enabled if BBO is in both "wide" and "big deal" mode. You need to have at least 1024x768 screen resolution for this to be possible.

For some reason I left the Croatian translation files out of 4.4.2 (sorry to our Croatian members). They are included in this version.
