4.4.0 : I can't donwload it this morning

The link to update to 4.4.0 version is very very slow this morning at 05:57 UTC. I couldn't download it (1 kb/s instead of usual 70 kb/s).

I noticed this as well, brand new laptop with broadband connection, usually downloads in about 2 microseconds. It's struggling to reach 5 kB.s^-1. This is at 6.34 BST

Thx, downloading from the BBO-site gave me a 1 MB corrupt file in 20 minutes.
Your file is OK and downloading ready in a few seconds
